Each provider is an independent business. The provider assigned to your project will confirm the specific scope, schedule, price, and warranty terms in a signed quote before any work begins, and those terms govern the work performed. Every provider is vetted for licensing, insurance, and reputation before receiving homeowner requests in your area through Cincinnati Septic Pros (operated by LeadTimber LLC, an Ohio limited liability company).

Veterans, seniors, and first responders discount

We advertise $50 off on septic services work for the groups listed below. The discount is applied by the licensed provider assigned to your project and is reflected in the written quote they give you, so the quoted price is the price.

Eligible groups:

U.S. military veterans
Active duty military
Police, fire, and EMS
Seniors age 65 and over

How it works:

Tell us when you call or submit your request, before the quote is written. We cannot apply it to a quote that has already been signed, or refund it after work is complete.
Bring proof at the visit. A military ID, VA card, DD-214, department or agency ID, or any government-issued ID showing your date of birth is enough, whichever applies to you. We do not keep a copy.
One discount per household per project. It does not combine with other promotions, and it has no cash value.
It applies to the service itself, not to permit fees, testing charged separately, or third-party costs.
We can change or withdraw the offer at any time. If your quote was already written with the discount on it, we honor that quote.

Acceptable use

Don't submit false or fraudulent information.
Don't attempt to access non-public portions of the Site.
Don't scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission.
Don't use automated systems to flood the contact form or phone line.

Intellectual property

All Site content (text, illustrations, photographs, logos) is owned by LeadTimber LLC or used under license. Don't reuse without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties
